Aim for 2.5-3 litres a day, enough to keep your urine light yellow. In Hyderabad's heat, dehydration is the most common trigger for stone formation.

Is blood in urine always serious?

It is never normal, even once and even if painless. It can come from stones, infection or prostate enlargement, but painless blood in urine must always be evaluated promptly.

At what age should men start prostate check-ups?

Men over 50 should discuss prostate screening with a simple PSA blood test. If prostate cancer runs in your family, start the conversation at 40-45.

Is an enlarged prostate the same as prostate cancer?

No. BPH is a non-cancerous enlargement that most men develop with age. The symptoms overlap, which is exactly why a proper evaluation matters.

Is circumcision painful for adults?
